25 years testing desktop applications, mobile devices, and web applications. Led test teams for CD/Web driver installers and MarkTrack accounting software. Designed the first manual test plans for Markvision Enterprise.
Equipment Services Technician & Associate Programmer
IBM – Austin, TX • 1982 – 1989
Technical Test Lead for OS/2 LAN Server/Requester. Designed and taught courses on the OS/2 Symbolic Kernel Debugger. Spent six weeks at Microsoft in Redmond assisting with OS/2 LAN Server testing.
