How many products can I have?

WooCommerce handles unlimited products. Our setup includes up to 25 products. Additional products can be added by you or our team. We'll train you on product management.

What payment processors do you support?

We set up Stripe and/or PayPal by default. We also support Square, Authorize.net, and most major payment gateways. Credit card fees vary by processor.

Can I sell subscriptions or memberships?

Yes! WooCommerce supports subscriptions, memberships, bookings, and digital downloads. Additional plugin licenses may be required depending on your needs.

How does shipping work?

We configure shipping zones, rates, and methods based on your needs. Options include flat rate, free shipping thresholds, weight-based, and real-time carrier rates (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

We set up basic tax rates for your locations. For complex tax requirements (multiple states, international), we recommend integrating with TaxJar or Avalara.

Why WooCommerce instead of Shopify?

WooCommerce has no transaction fees (Shopify charges 0.5-2%), more customization options, and you own your data. Shopify is simpler but more expensive long-term.

What hosting do I need for e-commerce?

Our managed hosting at $30/mo handles most stores. High-traffic stores (1000+ orders/month) may need upgraded hosting. We'll monitor and recommend upgrades as needed.
